Reviews and Ratings
Staying at the hotel was a truly special experience. The rooms, with their fantastic views over El Ciego, were top class, extremely comfortable, and spacious. The location near the vineyard and excellent wineries added to the charm, although some expected drawbacks come with such a high-profile place. The dining experience was fantastic, despite some mixed feelings about the tasting aspect.
Staying at this hotel was an incredible experience. The rooms are very large with a king-size bed, a large sitting area, and a huge and luxurious bathroom. The view of the vineyards and the church in the small village made my stay amazing. Access to a fantastic gym and a lovely pool added to the charm. However, there were some service issues that need improvement.
Staying at the hotel was a mix of delightful panoramic views from the beautiful windows in the rooms but slightly disappointed by the small size and lack of storage space. The location offered a magical experience near excellent wineries, although limited indoor bar seating was a letdown. The service was professional overall, with a standout concierge member going above and beyond, but moments of feeling less than a valued guest occurred. Dining provided delicious samples against the backdrop of stunning vistas, enriching the overall experience.
I had a remarkable stay at this hotel. The rooms were incredibly spacious with a king size bed, offering fantastic views over the town of El Ciego. They were not only comfortable but also very large. Although the service was friendly and helpful, there were some odd interactions that slightly affected the experience. The location was simply fantastic, providing quick access to Laguardia and offering a magical experience in the heart of the La Rioja area. The dining experience, while overlooking the beautiful vines and architecture, was delightful with a tasting plate included. The facilities were top-notch overall, ensuring a pleasant stay.
My stay at the hotel was nothing short of wonderful. The rooms were top class, very quiet, and extremely comfortable, perfect for our special occasion celebrating our tenth honeymoon. The spacious and lovely room with a king-sized bed felt luxurious, and the view of the vineyard at the back was simply glorious. However, the service, while helpful, felt somewhat impersonal at times. The hotel's location was amazing, offering beautiful views in every direction, though the gym could use some more attention to cleanliness. The dining experience was more like a mini degustation, with delicious dishes served on the terrace. Overall, a delightful stay with some minor areas for improvement.
My stay at this hotel was beyond amazing. The rooms were incredibly spacious with a king-size bed, a large sitting area, and a luxurious bathroom. Being in the 'spa wing' accessible via a covered, elevated walkway made it even more special, quiet, and extremely comfortable, perfect for our tenth honeymoon celebration.
